The Chorus (SATB) is made up of about forty men and women of all ages who are experienced singers. Persons interested in joining will find it easier if they have sung in other classical music groups and have good ability to read music. We have no formal auditions, but our director likes to check new singers for voice placement. Although there is no fee for joining, singers are expected to pay for their own music, supplied at the beginning of the rehearsal period. The cost varies from $15 - $30. Rehearsals are held on Thursday evenings from 7:00 to 9:30 pm at the Church of the Messiah's Fisher House, 13 Church Street, Woods Hole, MA, across the street from the church itself. The first rehearsal this season is on Thursday, June 26, 2012.
